Hannah is a writer/director from London. After achieving a Masters degree in English Literature from the University of Edinburgh and a Distinction in her Script Development Diploma from the National Film and Television School, Hannah worked in development at a number of top London production companies such as the Oscar-nominated Wildgaze Films. During a filmmaking course at the University of Southern California in Los Angeles, Hannah began writing and directing her own films. She continues to script edit independently.
Hannah's first short film, The Happy Genius, produced by Alex Cook (Senior Manager of Talent Development at BAFTA) picked up two nominations for Best Short Film at the European Short Film Festival and Miami Film Festival, was awarded a 'Special Mention' at London Lift-Off Festival and won Best Score at the Global Lift Off Filmmaking Awards. She is in post-production on The Blood Bride, a surreal dark fairytale, and planning to shoot The God Factor, a short drama, later this year.
